#### 12 Airports to which Part applies (1) This Part applies to: (a) a core regulated airport; and (b) an airport specified in the regulations, where the site of the airport is a Commonwealth place. (2) For the purposes of paragraph (1)(b), the boundaries of the site of an airport are to be ascertained in accordance with the regulations.
