sec.79 Inspection of documents
An authorised officer for an airport may require a person, who is or may be liable to pay a charge to the airport operator, to produce for the authorised officer’s inspection, documents that are— under the person’s control; and relevant to deciding— whether the person is liable to pay the charge; or the amount of the charge. The person must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —50 penalty units.
