sec.6 Airport entities
Each of the following is an airport entity — Cairns Ports; Mackay Ports; POBC; Gateway; QIC; QIC Infrastructure Management as trustee for QIC Brisbane Airport Infrastructure Trust; QTH; a company of which Cairns Ports, Mackay Ports, POBC or QIC is the ultimate holding company; a government company established for the project; a company that was an airport entity under paragraph (h) , all of whose shares have been transferred to the State, to QTH or to a government company mentioned in paragraph (i) .
- (a) Cairns Ports;
- (b) Mackay Ports;
- (c) POBC;
- (d) Gateway;
- (e) QIC;
- (f) QIC Infrastructure Management as trustee for QIC Brisbane Airport Infrastructure Trust;
- (g) QTH;
- (h) a company of which Cairns Ports, Mackay Ports, POBC or QIC is the ultimate holding company;
- (i) a government company established for the project;
- (j) a company that was an airport entity under paragraph (h) , all of whose shares have been transferred to the State, to QTH or to a government company mentioned in paragraph (i) .
