sec.52 Particular provisions of Planning Act do not apply in relation to airport land

The Planning Act , section 263 does not apply in relation to airport land. A person is not entitled to claim compensation under the Planning Act , chapter 2 , part 4 , division 2 or any other law in relation to a change to a land use plan affecting the person’s interest in any airport land. s 52 amd 2009 No. 36 s 872 sch 2; 2016 No. 27 s 18 (sec.52-ssec.1) The Planning Act , section 263 does not apply in relation to airport land. (sec.52-ssec.2) A person is not entitled to claim compensation under the Planning Act , chapter 2 , part 4 , division 2 or any other law in relation to a change to a land use plan affecting the person’s interest in any airport land.
