sec.48 Airport land not subject to local planning instrument
Airport land is not subject to a local planning instrument under the Planning Act . Subsection (1) has effect despite the Planning Act , chapter 2 , part 3 . s 48 sub 2009 No. 36 s 872 sch 2 amd 2016 No. 27 s 16 (sec.48-ssec.1) Airport land is not subject to a local planning instrument under the Planning Act .
