sec.46 Ministerial direction to airport lessee

This section applies if the planning Minister is satisfied a minor amendment of a land use plan for airport land is required. The planning Minister may, by written notice, direct the airport lessee to make the minor amendment within a stated reasonable period. The notice must state the reasons for deciding to give the direction. Before giving a direction to an airport lessee under subsection (2) , the planning Minister must consult with the lessee.
