sec.40 Directions for amendment of draft plan
The planning Minister may return a draft plan prepared by the airport lessee for amendment in the way directed by the planning Minister. A copy of the direction must be published in the gazette within 21 days after it is given. (sec.40-ssec.1) The planning Minister may return a draft plan prepared by the airport lessee for amendment in the way directed by the planning Minister.
