sec.29 Evidentiary aids
This section applies to a proceeding under this chapter. A certificate signed by the Minister stating any of the following matters is conclusive evidence of the matter— that a stated thing was, or is being, done for the purpose of the project; that a stated person is, or was at a stated time, involved in the project; that a stated company was established for the project; that a stated direction given by the Minister related to the project. A document certified by the Minister to be a copy of a project direction is conclusive evidence of the direction. (sec.29-ssec.1) This section applies to a proceeding under this chapter. (sec.29-ssec.2) A certificate signed by the Minister stating any of the following matters is conclusive evidence of the matter— that a stated thing was, or is being, done for the purpose of the project; that a stated person is, or was at a stated time, involved in the project; that a stated company was established for the project; that a stated direction given by the Minister related to the project. (sec.29-ssec.3) A document certified by the Minister to be a copy of a project direction is conclusive evidence of the direction.
