sec.15 Chapter applies despite other laws and instruments
A thing may be done under this chapter despite any other law or instrument. In accordance with a project direction given to its board, a GOC may form a company that will become a subsidiary without obtaining the approval that would otherwise be required under the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 , section 163 .
