Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This is a short administrative instrument that cancels five previous regulatory decisions made by Airservices Australia in 2005.

What it does:

Revokes (cancels) instrument numbers AERU 05-02, AERU 05-03, AERU 05-04, AERU 05-05, and AERU 05-06
Takes effect on 23 November 2006

Why it matters: This is routine regulatory housekeeping. When old rules or decisions are no longer needed, they are formally revoked to keep the regulatory framework clean and current. This instrument does not create new rules or obligations—it simply removes old ones.
