5Purpose of this Part

#### 5 Purpose of this Part For the purposes of paragraphs 77(2)(a) and (b) of the Act, this Part prescribes: (a) the functions of AA in relation to the following: (i) air traffic services (see paragraph (a) of the definition of services in subsection 8(1A) of the Act); (ii) an aeronautical information service (see paragraph (b) of the definition of services in subsection 8(1A) of the Act); (iii) rescue and fire fighting services (see paragraph (e) of the definition of services in subsection 8(1A) of the Act); and (b) the powers that may be exercised in connection with those services.
