#### 31 Persons who may request a certificate of statutory lien For the purposes of subsection 61(1) of the Act, the following persons are prescribed in relation to an aircraft: (a) the holder of the certificate of registration of the aircraft; (b) the owner, or the agent of the owner, of the aircraft; (c) if an authorised employee is satisfied that a person has a security interest in the aircraft—that person; (d) a person authorised in writing by a person referred to in paragraph (a), (b) or (c).
