30Register of statutory liens

#### 30 Register of statutory liens (1) For the purposes of subsections 59(1) and 62(2) of the Act, an entry in the Register in relation to an aircraft must include the following: (a) the registration mark of the aircraft; (b) a description of the aircraft; (c) the name and address of the person by whom the service charge in respect of the aircraft is payable; (d) the identifying number of the statutory lien to which the entry relates; and (e) the time and date when the entry is made; (f) if the statutory lien has ceased to have effect under subsection 62(1) of the Act—notice to that fact and the date of cessation. (2) For the purposes of subsection 64(2) of the Act, the Register must be: (a) maintained by electronic means; and (b) made available for inspection on AA’s website. (3) The Register is not a legislative instrument.
