#### 24 Wake vortices—claims for compensation for damage (1) An owner of property that has been damaged as a result of, or in association with, wake vortices caused by the operation of a Commonwealth jurisdiction aircraft may apply in writing to AA for compensation in respect of that damage. (2) A claim for compensation under subsection (1) must be accompanied by written evidence substantiating the nature and extent of the damage claimed.
