#### 10 Requisitioning of aircraft—claims for compensation for injury, loss or damage (1) The owner of an aircraft requisitioned under section 9 may apply in writing to AA for compensation for any injury, loss or damage sustained by the owner as a result of the requisitioning of the aircraft, including any: (a) cost or expense incurred by the owner; and (b) loss of income suffered by the owner. (2) A person who is engaged by AA to operate an aircraft requisitioned under section 9 may apply in writing to AA for compensation for any injury, loss or damage sustained by the person as a result of that engagement, including any: (a) cost or expense incurred by the person; and (b) loss of income suffered by the person. (3) A claim for compensation under subsection (1) or (2) must be: (a) accompanied by written evidence substantiating the nature and extent of the injury, loss or damage claimed; and (b) made within 2 years after the end of the period of requisition.
