#### 63 Notice relating to statutory lien (1) As soon as practicable after an entry is made in the Register under section 59 or 62, the Registrar must: (a) publish in the Gazette notice of that fact, containing such particulars as are prescribed by the regulations; and (b) take reasonable steps to serve copies of the notice on such persons as are prescribed by the regulations. (2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) has no effect on the operation of section 59 or 62.
