#### 34 Appointment (1) There is to be a Chief Executive Officer of AA, who is to be appointed by the Board in writing. (2) A person appointed as Chief Executive Officer is eligible for re‑appointment. (3) The Chief Executive Officer holds office on such terms and conditions (if any) in respect of matters not provided for by this Act as are determined by the Board in writing.
