12 Delegation of AA’s powers by Chief Executive Officer
(1) The Chief Executive Officer may, in writing, delegate any of AA’s powers under this Act to a member or to an employee. (2) In exercising powers under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Chief Executive Officer.
