9Establishment of airports and air route and airway facilities

9 Establishment of airports and air route and airway facilities (1) The Minister may: (a) establish, provide, maintain and operate airports; and (b) alter, abolish, remove or add to any airport so established or provided. (2) Airports established or provided in pursuance of this regulation shall be under the control and management of the Secretary who may, subject to these Regulations, determine the conditions of the use thereof. (3) The Minister may determine whether any airport established in pursuance of this regulation shall be open to public use.
