#### 46 Delegation by Secretary (1) The Secretary may, in writing, delegate any or all of the Secretary’s functions or powers under this instrument (other than this power of delegation) to an APS employee in the Department. (2) In performing functions or exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Secretary.
