25 Submitting tariffs for approval

(1) A licence holder may submit a tariff to the Secretary for approval. (2) The Secretary may, by notice in writing, direct a licence holder to submit the licence holder’s tariff, or part of the licence holder’s tariff, to the Secretary for approval. (3) A notice under subsection (2): (a) must state a period, not shorter than 14 days, within which the licence holder must submit the tariff to the Secretary for approval; and (b) may state the form in which the tariff must be submitted. (4) If the Secretary gives a licence holder a direction under subsection (2), the licence holder must comply with the direction.
