#### 24 Licence holder must lodge compliance declaration (1) A licence holder must complete a compliance declaration (in the form made available under section 23) for each of the licence holder’s scheduling periods. (2) The licence holder must give the Secretary the compliance declaration for a scheduling period: (a) at least 35 days before the commencement of the scheduling period; or (b) within any lesser period allowed by the Secretary. (3) The Secretary may, by written notice, require the licence holder to verify any information stated in the compliance declaration.
