23Secretary to publish compliance declaration form

#### 23 Secretary to publish compliance declaration form (1) In respect of a particular period, the Secretary must make available a compliance declaration form containing questions about compliance with licence conditions during that period. (2) The form must be made available electronically. (3) The form must specify the period to which the form relates.
