#### 10 Confidential information If a person has obtained information in accordance with subsection 7(2) or 8(2), the person must not disclose the information in a way that allows individual responses to be identified, except: (a) in accordance with section 9; or (b) in the course of performing a function under the Act or this instrument; or (c) where the person who provided the information has given their consent to the disclosure of the information.
