11 Notifying Secretary about use of permit for eligible passenger jet aircraft movement

(1) If the operator of an eligible passenger jet aircraft uses a movement permitted under subsection 9(1) in relation to the aircraft, the operator must, within 7 days after the day of the movement, give the Secretary written notice of the following details about the movement: (a) the purpose of the movement; (b) the date and time of the movement; (c) the type of aircraft; (d) the origin or destination of the aircraft; (e) the runway used. (2) An operator of an aircraft commits an offence if the operator contravenes subsection (1).

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
