13 Helicopters
A helicopter may land at, or take off from, Essendon Fields Airport during a curfew period if the helicopter complies with the relevant maximum noise levels specified in Chapter 8 or 11 of the Annex that are applicable to the maximum take‑off weight of the helicopter (whether or not the Chapter is expressed to apply to the helicopter).
