28 Large marginally compliant aircraft

Restrictions (1) A notice issued under regulation 11 of the old law before the commencement of this section is taken, on and after that commencement, to be a notice issued under section 18 of this instrument. (2) However, paragraph 18(5)(a) does not apply in relation to such a notice. Permissions (3) A permission given under regulation 12 of the old law that was in force immediately before the commencement of this section continues in force (and may be dealt with) as if it were an approval given under section 19 of this instrument. (4) An application made under regulation 12 of the old law that was pending immediately before the commencement of this section is taken, on and after that commencement, to be an application made under section 19 of this instrument.
