27 Other approvals

Subsonic aircraft to which standards apply (1) A permission given under regulation 9A of the old law that was in force immediately before the commencement of this section continues in force (and may be dealt with) as if it were an approval given under section 14 of this instrument. (2) An application made under regulation 9A of the old law that was pending immediately before the commencement of this section: (a) is taken, on and after that commencement, to be an application made under section 14 of this instrument; and (b) any consultation undertaken under regulation 9AAA of the old law in relation to the application is taken to be consultation undertaken under section 15 of this instrument. Supersonic aircraft (3) A permission given under regulation 9AA of the old law that was in force immediately before the commencement of this section continues in force (and may be dealt with) as if it were an approval given under section 16 of this instrument. (4) An application made under regulation 9AA of the old law that was pending immediately before the commencement of this section is taken, on and after that commencement, to be an application made under section 16 of this instrument. Other aircraft (5) A permission given under regulation 9AB of the old law that was in force immediately before the commencement of this section continues in force (and may be dealt with) as if it were an approval given under section 17 of this instrument. (6) An application made under regulation 9AB of the old law that was pending immediately before the commencement of this section is taken, on and after that commencement, to be an application made under section 17 of this instrument.
