#### 15F Variation, suspension or cancellation of permission on Secretary’s initiative (1) The Secretary may vary, suspend or cancel a permission if: (a) a condition to which the permission is subject has not been complied with by a charter operator; or (b) there has been substantial change in any of the matters to which the Secretary had regard in granting the permission; or (c) the Secretary is satisfied that it is in the public interest (including any of the matters referred to in paragraph 15D(3)(a)) to do so. (2) If the Secretary varies, suspends or cancels a permission, the Secretary must, as soon as practicable, give written notice of the variation, suspension or cancellation to the person who applied for the permission.
