Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This bill is a housekeeping measure that formally repeals nine obsolete regulations across three Acts — two vintage forestry education rules (1945, 1947), the 2000 Dairy Adjustment Authority Regulations, and the 1993 Wool International Regulations plus six amendments (1994–1999).

It mainly affects government administrators and anyone technically still covered by these outdated rules, and matters because it removes legal clutter and clarifies the statute books.
