28A Fund administrator to provide report to Secretary for operations for each financial year
If the fund administrator for an industry fund is not the Secretary, the fund administrator must prepare and forward to the Secretary a report on the operation of the fund during a financial year no later than 1 August immediately following the end of that financial year.
