7 Class of primary producers for which Committee is constituted

(1) For a calendar year, the class of primary producers for which the Committee is constituted is all growers within the Committee’s area of operations who, during the previous calendar year, harvested more than 20t of MIA wine grapes.

(2) This section does not apply to the following—

(a) a grower that is also a winery,

(b) a grower that is a corporation in which a winery has a controlling interest,

(c) a grower who—

(i) is an individual, and

(ii) is a director of a corporation that is a winery, and

(iii) supplies the winery with all of the MIA wine grapes the grower harvests.
