sec.7A Limitation of inspector’s powers
The powers of an inspector may be limited— under a regulation; or under a condition of appointment; or by written notice of the chief executive given to the inspector. s 7A ins 1983 No. 1 s 5 sub 1994 No. 78 s 37 sch
- (a) under a regulation; or
- (b) under a condition of appointment; or
- (c) by written notice of the chief executive given to the inspector.
