sec.22 Right of review by QCAT
This section applies to a decision of the chief executive— to refuse an application for a licence or the renewal of a licence; or to impose a condition on a licence; or to suspend or cancel a licence. The applicant or licensee may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the decision. s 22 sub 1994 No. 78 s 37 sch amd 2009 No. 24 s 296 ; 2013 No. 41 s 15 ; 2015 No. 15 s 13 (sec.22-ssec.1) This section applies to a decision of the chief executive— to refuse an application for a licence or the renewal of a licence; or to impose a condition on a licence; or to suspend or cancel a licence. (sec.22-ssec.2) The applicant or licensee may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the decision.
- (a) to refuse an application for a licence or the renewal of a licence; or
- (b) to impose a condition on a licence; or
- (c) to suspend or cancel a licence.
