sec.17C Licence holder must not contravene condition of licence
The holder of a licence must not contravene a condition of the licence unless the holder has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. The penalty under subsection (1) may be imposed whether or not the licence is suspended or cancelled because of the contravention. s 17C ins 2015 No. 15 s 10 (sec.17C-ssec.1) The holder of a licence must not contravene a condition of the licence unless the holder has a reasonable excuse.
