sec.15 Aerial distribution contractor licence

Subject to this Act, the chief executive may grant aerial distribution contractor licences. A person may apply under section 17 for an aerial distribution contractor licence if the person gives the chief executive evidence that the person holds— if the person intends a manned aircraft to be used under the licence—the authorisation mentioned in subsection (3) ; and if the person intends a UAV to be used under the licence—the authorisation mentioned in subsection (4) .
