5 Application of Agvet Code in this jurisdiction
The Code set out in the Schedule to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act as in force for the time being –
(a) applies as a law of Tasmania; and
(b) as so applying, may be cited as the Agvet Code of Tasmania.
