sec.22 Agreements and arrangements
The Minister, or a person authorised in writing by the Minister, may enter into an agreement or arrangement with the Commonwealth Minister for the performance of functions or the exercise of powers by the APVMA as an agent of the State. The APVMA has the functions and powers mentioned in the agreement or arrangement. s 22 amd 2006 No. 48 s 48 sch (sec.22-ssec.1) The Minister, or a person authorised in writing by the Minister, may enter into an agreement or arrangement with the Commonwealth Minister for the performance of functions or the exercise of powers by the APVMA as an agent of the State. (sec.22-ssec.2) The APVMA has the functions and powers mentioned in the agreement or arrangement.
