New South Wales regulation
This regulation replaces the 2015 Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (NSW) Regulation on the day it is published. It declares sections 39A–39B of the Stock Medicines Act 1989 to be ‘eligible laws’ for the Agvet Code and treats references to permits in those laws, plus certain authorisations under Stock Medicines Act s33 and Biosecurity Act s334, as permits under the Agvet Code. It also repeals the 2015 regulation while preserving any acts or permissions that existed immediately before repeal.
