5 Application of Agvet Code in this jurisdiction
The Code set out in the Schedule to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act as in force for the time being—
(a) applies as a law of New South Wales, and
(b) as so applying, may be cited as the Agvet Code of New South Wales.
