18A Construction of references to Commonwealth ART Act, Part 7
For section 16, a reference in a provision of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 of the Commonwealth, as the provision applies as a law of this jurisdiction, to the whole or a part of that Act, Part 7 is taken to be a reference to the whole or a part of that Act, Part 7 as it has effect as a law of the Commonwealth.
