Tasmania regulation
This order requires occupiers of premises and people employed or contracted to carry out agricultural spraying to exchange specified information about certain agricultural chemical products or prescribed spraying methods before any spraying takes place. It also forbids a sprayer from starting spraying until they have received the information. The requirement allocates responsibility for providing and checking information and can affect the timing and administration of spraying operations.
