Division 2 and the licence is granted – 1 July immediately following the date of grant; (b) if the holder of the pest control operator's licence applies during the period of grace for a licence under Part 5, Division 2 and the grant of the licence is refused: (i) the end of the day on which the holder is notified in accordance with section 116 of the refusal; or (ii) the end of the period of grace, whichever occurs last; or
