90 Appointment of chemical advisers (1) The Chemicals Coordinator may appoint in writing one or more persons to be chemical advisers for this Act. (2) If a person appointed under subsection (1) is an employee within the meaning of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 1993, the appointment ceases when the person ceases to be such an employee.
