82 Notation of remedial plan on land titles register (1) As soon as practicable after a remedial plan is approved under section 80 or an amendment of a remedial plan is made under section 81, the Minister must lodge a memorandum in accordance with section 35 of the Land Title Act 2000 notifying the Registrar- General of the statutory restrictions imposed by the remedial plan or the amendment. (2) As soon as practicable after a remedial plan is revoked under section 81, the Minister must give a direction to the Registrar- General under section 36 of the Land Title Act 2000 to remove the memorandum made under section 35 of that Act for the plan.
