81 Amendment and revocation of remedial plan (1) If the Minister is satisfied that it is necessary to amend a remedial plan, the Minister may amend the remedial plan. (2) If the Minister is satisfied that the reason for implementing a remedial plan no longer exists or that it is otherwise appropriate, the Minister must revoke the remedial plan.
