80 Preparation and approval of remedial plan (1) For section 79(1)(b), the Minister may appoint a person or group of persons: (a) to prepare, in consultation with the grower, a draft remedial plan relating to the produce, which may include measures to rehabilitate the contaminated land; and

Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 2004 55 (b) to submit the draft plan to the Minister for approval. (2) The Minister may approve a draft remedial plan submitted under subsection (1)(b), subject to the amendments required by the Minister being made.
