49 Possession or use of S7 chemical products (1) A person must not have possession of an S7 chemical product (a) belongs to a class of persons that the instructions on the approved label specify is authorised to use the product; (b) is authorised under Part 5, Division 2, or by the Regulations, to use the product; or (c) is authorised under another law in force in the Territory to use the product. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who is authorised under a law in force in the Territory to sell or supply the product. (3) A person who is authorised by the Regulations to use an S7 chemical product must comply with the conditions of the authorisation.
