130 Definitions In this Part: commencement day means the day on which this Part commences. period of grace means the 6 months immediately after the commencement day. pest control operator's licence means a licence that was in force under Part XI of the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Act 1983 immediately before the commencement day and authorises agricultural chemical spraying for a purpose other than domestic and commercial pest control.
