124 Acquisition on just terms If, but for this section, property is acquired under this Act otherwise than on just terms: (a) the person from whom the property is acquired is entitled to the compensation necessary to ensure the acquisition is on just terms; and (b) a court of competent jurisdiction may determine the amount of compensation or make the orders it considers necessary to ensure the acquisition is on just terms.
